Founded in 1976, Burke & Sons began as a complete home improvement business serving Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania and the surrounding communities. As the years passed and the business grew, the construction portion was dissolved and the focus shifted to sales and installation of residential and commercial window and door products. Offering nothing less than outstanding quality and craftsmanship, Burke & Sons soon became known as “The Window Specialists.” In October of 1992, the decision was made to expand our residential and commercial window and door division. Through continued growth, Burke & Sons purchased A&R Window and Door Systems, which is located in Indiana, Pennsylvania, taking along our high-quality standards to this area as well. Here, we continued to operate under the A&R name until 1996, when the business was incorporated. At that time, the Indiana site also became known as Burke & Sons. Gratifying thousands of customers since 1976, Burke & Sons will always continue to strive to be number one in customer satisfaction.
