Go behind the scenes at WJAC-TV and Sinclair Broadcast Group for an exclusive Chamber Lunch & Learn experience! This unique event offers Chamber members an inside look at how one of the region's leading television stations delivers trusted local news every day.

From the newsroom to the control room and live broadcast studio, attendees will experience the excitement of television broadcasting while learning about the evolving media landscape and the important role local journalism plays in our communities.

The afternoon concludes with lunch and an engaging presentation from the station's General Manager and News Director, who will share insights into the future of broadcasting, digital media, community partnerships, and how businesses can effectively connect with audiences through local media.

11:00 AM – Arrival and Welcome

11:15 AM – 11:50 AM – Guided Station Tour
Explore the newsroom, production areas, control room, and studio while learning how a live television broadcast comes together.

11:50 AM – 12:30 PM – Watch the Live Newscast
Take a seat in the studio and witness a live WJAC newscast from a behind-the-scenes perspective.

12:30 PM – 12:45 PM – Meet the News Team & Photos on Set
Enjoy the opportunity to meet members of the WJAC news team and take photos on the news set.

12:45 PM – 1:30 PM – Lunch & Leadership Presentation
Hear from the General Manager and News Director as they discuss the station's operations, local media trends, and opportunities for businesses to engage with viewers across television and digital platforms.
